The information given on the description page should be sufficient to allow others to verify the license status. All information required by that license must be provided on the description page. The license that applies to an image or media file must be indicated clearly on the file description page using a copyright tag. Media licensed exclusively under non-commercial only licenses (like CC BY-NC-SA) are not accepted either.
